Should you find no value in a pre-recorded digital product you've purchased, such as an online course, you can request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase date. Reach out to us if you encounter any challenges in receiving or downloading our products. This policy applies only on the products which have specifically mentioned about moneyback guarantee on the Sales Page of the respective Digital Product.

Other Coaching Services

No refunds are applicable to other coaching services, covering 1:1 coaching sessions,voice coaching, email coaching, group coaching programs, membership coaching programs, or subscription coaching programs.

Additionally, no refunds will be granted for any live webinars, trainings, or courses.

Subscription Programs and Annual Up-Front Payments

For programs with recurring monthly or annual payments, choosing to discontinue your subscription during the current period will take effect in the subsequent period.

Refunds will not be issued for the remaining duration of the current period.

Monthly Subscriptions:

Automatic monthly renewals occur unless you provide written termination notice before the current period ends via email to help@theintuitiveknowledge.com

For instance, if you subscribe monthly from January 1 and terminate on Feb 15, you've paid for Jan and Feb, with no refund for the remaining portion of Feb. Termination will be effective as of Feb 28.

Annual Up-Front Payments

By paying for a full year of coaching services, you acknowledge the substantial discount received.

As a result, no refunds are granted at any time for coaching services purchased at a discounted annual rate.

Annual subscriptions do not automatically renew and will terminate one year from the program start date without requiring notice.

For example, if you subscribe annually from June 1, 2023, and request termination on July 15, 2023, you've paid for June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024, with no refund for the remaining portion of the service period. Termination will be effective as of May 31, 2024.
